After Bounce's presentation on some of his 8 deals, Bounce ( the Airline Pilot/Fighter Pilot ) were surrounded by enthusiastic attendees who are asking tough questions on how to get started...

Some of the attendee commented that Bounce's presentation (esp. the "what went right and what went wrong" approach were inspirational). Many were moved by the ups and downs of Bounce's life and how he still manage to come on top! Check out Bounce's Vegas Presentation.

How Bounce got out of the Rat Race in one Pay Check (Cashflow 101)

Yes, it's true, I was the first one out and I did it before I was half
way around the board.

First of all, we were playing by slightly different rules (harder ones I
think). We were all the same person in terms of an income statement (the
nurse). We were playing by the rule that if you roll a 1, 2 or a 3 you
only moved one space. If you rolled a four through a six you moved two
spaces.

As I recall, this is how it went:

Nobody at my table ever picked up a Small Deal card (while I was there
anyway). Everyone went for the negative cash flow deals and flipped them
as quickly as possible. I sold an opportunity to Andrew and then bought
a plex. The next card was a plex buyer that left me cash heavy and I
paid off a bunch of debt with cash left over. Then, Marcos sold me a
business that had a positive $1600 a month cash flow and I was out! I
don't remember for sure, but I think I was out before I hit the second
payday.

Much of it is the luck of the draw. I have played before where I never
got out (after hours of trying). It was a great time to get lucky.
Being the first one out with over 250 players playing the biggest Cash
Flow game ever held (at least in the US) is quite an honor. I wish I
could say it was all skill.
